MMA Clinics

The Ironcore MMA Clinic is a 16-hour introduction to the sport of MMA. Participants are shown a variety of striking and grappling moves from standing, clinching, and grappling positions. Techniques have been selected from: western boxing, judo, and muay thai fighting styles. Other topics include: human performance factors, rules and regulations, and nutrition for fighters.
